Tour of the Facility: Dining Room

Good nutrition is important to good health.  Nutritious meals are prepared under the supervision of our Certified Dietary Manager.

There are monthly visits from a Registered Dietician to review menus and assist residents with dietary needs.

Three well-balanced meals are served daily with two choices of entrees.  Meals are served restaurant style by friendly waiters and waitresses.

Mealtime offers a wonderful opportunity for socialization.  We recommend that all residents eat their meals in the beautiful dining room.  New Cassel provides a choice of mealtimes with an open seating environment.

Special occasions remain very special at New Cassel.  The residents enjoy a fanciful Christmas feast.  Fine linens and centerpieces adorn the tables, with a meal "fit for royalty".  Other holiday times are celebrated with special meals, such as a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, a summer barbeque for Independence Day, and corned beef on St. Patrick's Day.

New Cassel has a private dining room that is available for residents and their families to celebrate birthdays and other special events.
