New Cassel has 6 two bedroom apartments located in the North Building and South Building.  Designed for double occupancy, the two bedrooms have become home to couples and siblings.  When a two bedroom apartment is occupied by two people, the rent is determined by square footage of living space, not on costs associated to double occupancy.
