Apartment: Studio

The unique attraction to a Studio Apartment is the cozy appeal of having the residents furnishings arranged in a more defined area, much the same as a hotel suite.  New Cassel offers four sizes of Studio Apartments, identified as Studio B, Studio C, Studio D and Studio South.  While they each have unique benefits to their arrangement, they mostly differ by estimated square footage (some have balconies).  New Cassel has 103 Studio Apartments, with 14 Studio B apartments…63 Studio C apartments…24 Studio D apartments…and 2 Studio South, with a monthly fee structure beginning at just over $1500.
