Resident and Family Services

To grant residents and their family that special attention they deserve, the staff of the Resident & Family Services department are available seven days a week. The transition to New Cassel Retirement Center is easier because of our staff's guidance and support during orientation. This department offers the following:

• Support groups for residents
• Transportation to physician and shopping
• Full-time activity coordinator
• Regular outings and trips
• Interaction with family members
• Monthly "town hall" meetings
