The Gift of Time

New Cassel provides a beautiful setting for individuals to enrich their way of life, while they complete volunteer programs.  Volunteers are used in the areas of dining, spiritual services, activities and several other options.  

Volunteers include residents and non-residents, high school students needing community service hours to graduate, religious education students need volunteer hours to become confirmed, and court appointed volunteer assignments.  

In recent years, the non-resident volunteer hours totaled 6,845 hours.  Resident volunteer hours totaled 2,304 hours.
