New Cassel Retirement Center is committed to the policy that all persons shall have equal access to employment and admission to the facility regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, creed, age or disability. New Cassel is committed to providing a positive work environment that acknowledges the diversity of its employees, and provides education and training to assist in a better understanding of these differences.The policy reflects a belief in the equality of all persons under the law and in the eyes of God.
New Cassel reserves the right to verify licensures, educational background, work histories, driving records, criminal histories and registries for child/adult abuse and sexual offenders. A release authorization form is provided for completion by the applicant. This will facilitate the verification process.
If an applicant is under 16 years of age, a work permit is required.
New Cassel reserves the right to randomly test employees for drug and alcohol use, or to test if there is probable cause determined by behavior or work performance.
