Clinic and Assisted Living

A unique benefit derived from living at New Cassel Retirement Center is the availability of the health clinic. Professional nurses are available seven days a week to provide many routine services as ordered by the resident's personal physician ( for example, dispense medications at prescribed times). Other services include wellness assessment, injections, blood pressure checks and weight checks. Maintaining continuity between the family, the resident and the physician assures the continued well-being of each resident. Emphasis is placed on helping you remain independent.

As one grows older, it may be more difficult to do many tasks that once were considered routine. As needs change, assistance can be obtained through our Assisted Services department. These needs may be temporary or long-term but are necessary to maintain dignity and a high quality of life. An example might be assistance with bathing or personal laundry.
