The core word to Activities is 'active' and that describes the New Cassel Retirement Center schedule…BINGO!

But, it is much more than Bingo twice weekly!

From outings to UNO…Red Hats to Big Red…recreational ceramics to resident council…

The residents at New Cassel have a full and complete schedule of activities planned and provided for them seven days a week.  Many activities are scheduled for the same day each week, so the routine can be memorized. 

MONDAYS	Exercise, Mass, Bingo and UNO cards
TUESDAYS	Exercise, Mass, Bridge/Pinochle, and a Movie
WEDNESDAYS	Scripture Study, Exercise, Mass, Sewing & Quilting, News Currents and Inter-Faith Worship Service
THURSDAYS	Exercise, Mass, Bridge/Pinochle, Shopping, Ceramics, Entertainment
FRIDAYS	Exercise, Mass, Bingo, Popcorn & Movie
SATURDAYS	Mass and Bingo
SUNDAYS	Mass, Movie, and Poetry Corner

Other activities planned for each Month include a Birthday Party for all residents with Birthdays in that month, Koffee Klatch (an opportunity to meet new residents), Dinner out, Holiday Parties & Activities, Resident Council meetings (where everyone can be heard), and musical entertainment from local performers.
